Do you do workshops?
You know it! I do online workshops every week through my membership program, The Insider’s Studio. I also offer a handful of full-length courses online that you might enjoy. I’m no longer offering in person workshops or private lessons, but I may have occasional in-person events. Stay on my newsletter list and you’ll hear about them first!
Do you show anywhere else besides your website?
Nope. And I’m delighted about it. I worked hard to become a 100% self-represented artist, and if I play my cards right, it will stay that way. Standard gallery and showroom commission rate is 50%. Call me crazy, but I’m not big on giving away half the money, so you won’t see me showing elsewhere. I also don’t sell on consignment. I don’t participate in art fairs or group shows because. I have no interest in competitions or awards because I have already won. But thank you for your interest!
Your last online sale sold out quickly, can I preview the inventory beforehand?
Almost every completed painting is posted on my Instagram or Facebook page before it is made available for purchase in a release. Follow me along on social media for sneak peeks! Online collections are equal opportunity for everyone. You can get a slight head start by signing up for my mailing list, but it’s usually less than 30 minutes.
I’d like to join the membership program, how do I go about it?
The Insider’s Studio is an ongoing membership program where I release a new class every Tuesday, and facilitate a community of other artists and creative types. We share images of our work and swap ideas and interests in the art making process. It’s all kinds of nifty. Membership is for those who are interested in an ongoing program. Doors open twice a year – make note of when they will open next!
Do you do charitable donations?
Happy to donate a certain number of online courses each year, however, I no longer donate original works or prints.
I am an artist, can I make an appointment to meet with you?
I am always happy to chat with other artists, however, I don’t provide coaching services or portfolio reviews at this time. Thank you for understanding this.
